What is a Finseen security system?

Finseen security systems provide more security and control in and around the house in a reliable and easy way. Finseen system can be operated worldwide via your smartphone APP under cloud server.Our cloud server is not public server.Many different accessories can easily be added.

Are there any monthly fees or am I tied to a contract?

 Do I have to install wires everywhere throughout my house?

No. The entire system works wirelessly. The accessories work on (included) batteries. Only the control panel needs power and therefore needs the AC adapter with cable.

What does it cost to install the system and how long will it take?

Finseen systems are Plug and Play right out of the box. This means that the panel and the accessories (standard kit) are already paired and they only need to be positioned and powered on. No installer is needed, there is no additional cost and you can do this using your smartphone APP within minutes.

What is the difference between Finseen smart home security systems and other systems?

Finseen systems have no monthly fees and can be installed in minutes without the need of an engineer. The design also merges with your living space and therefore does not need to be hidden in a closet or other space.Our panel design is small and perfect appearance. There are many different easy-to-add accessories for detection or intrusion, but also detection of gas / smoke /siren.

Is it possible to extend my Finseen kit?

All Finseen panels have the ability to easily link a variety of accessories. Each ID up to 99 wireless zones.40 door/window sensor,40 motion detector,19 gas/smoke detector and 10 remote control.

How do Finseen systems work with accessories?

By using the special frequency of 868Mhz and the unique cloud server connection can be established between accessories and the panel. If a connection is made, when a sensor is triggered, the signal will be sent to cloud server,and through cloud server deal with data,then send via the secure connection to the panel.Finally will PUSH information or email to your smartphone APP

Step 1: Download APP freely from Google play or APP store with words "IP Alarm"
Step 2: Connect the panel via APP
step 3: Learn the accessaries to the APP 
step 4: You can add more devices & rename it
step 5: Intrusion occurs,instant PUSH to your APP or email

Remark: The color in the main APP stands for different safety level, there are 3 colors in total:

Red: Alarm, sensors are triggered.

Green: The alarm system is normal

Yellow: warning, that someone has done something to the alarm system by APP or remote control

1. There are 6 gift box inside a transfer box, each gift box is partitioned with the foam, there even a transparent bag binding on the transfer box surface.

2. We put every 56 transfer boxes in to a big cardboard box, and put it on the pallet with binding.

    For the cardboard box, it is customized according to the good quantity.

    Sometimes, in order to make it stable, we also put some blank big cardboards inside the container.

    With this kind of packing, it prevent each color gift box from wet, shake and crush.
